The Role As the Building Engineer, you’ll:

- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly and effectively.
- Respond to service requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
- Monitor and adjust building automation systems (BAS) for optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as necessary for specialized repairs or upgrades.
You To be successful in the role of Building Engineer, you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of experience in building engineering, facility maintenance, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
