A leading supply chain and logistics business is seeking a Senior Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and stock accuracy within a fast-paced distribution environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse operations, forklift, inventory management, and logistics experience who enjoys working in a hands-on supply chain role.
The Role
As the Senior Warehouse Coordinator, you will: - Support day-to-day warehouse operations and logistics activities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and merchandise from vehicles
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the inventory control/WMS system
- Process inventory movement transactions and monitor stock levels
- Support cycle counting, inventory audits, and stock reconciliation
- Ensure warehouse safety standards and housekeeping procedures are maintained
- Work closely with warehouse supervisors and supply chain teams to improve operational efficiency
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this Warehouse Coordinator role, you should have: - Minimum two years of warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or supply chain experience
- Forklift certification and practical forklift operating experience
- Experience with inventory management systems, warehouse systems, or ERP software
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- Good numerical and inventory accuracy skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience within distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse environments preferred
