A leading Facilities Management organisation is seeking a
Senior Facilities Manager to oversee integrated FM services across sites in
New York City and Washington, DC. This is a senior leadership role focused on operational excellence, financial performance, stakeholder management and delivering an outstanding workplace experience.
The Role
As the
Senior Facilities Manager, you will:
- Lead the delivery of integrated Facilities Management services across multiple corporate sites.
- Manage onsite teams and specialist service providers to deliver exceptional service.
- Drive supplier performance through contract management, KPIs and service level agreements.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, reporting and overall account performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory requirements and company policies.
- Oversee workplace projects, operational improvements and future site integrations.
- Coach and develop a high-performing Facilities Management team.
About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Significant experience in a senior Facilities Management position.
- A proven track record managing multi-site corporate facilities.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets, operational performance and vendor relationships.
- Excellent knowledge of health & safety and workplace compliance.
- A relevant Facilities Management or technical qualification.
- The ability to travel to Washington, DC as required.
Desirable
- Membership of IFMA, CoreNet or a similar professional body.
- Experience within corporate real estate or complex workplace environments.
- Knowledge of Facilities Management systems and Microsoft Office.
