The Role
As the Business Unit Director, you’ll: - Lead the BU’s operations and strategic direction, focusing on safety, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth.
- Develop and execute business and sales plans aligned to market trends.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive relationship management.
- Oversee financial performance, ensuring revenue and profit targets are achieved.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, governance, and compliance.

You
To be successful in the role of Business Unit Director, you’ll bring: - 4+ years’ experience in a leadership role within facilities management or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or management disciplines.
- Strong P&L management experience and advanced financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
