About the Role: 
As an Area General Manager, you will lead and develop a portfolio of accounts, ensuring all financial and operational goals are met or exceeded. The role is a blend of service delivery, P&L oversight, people management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities   

• Lead and guide a portfolio of accounts to meet and exceed contractual commitments.
• Drive portfolio growth through new services, projects, and contract renewals.
• Optimize staffing structures to balance cost efficiency with service excellence.
• Implement governance and audit processes to ensure compliance.
• Build strong client relationships through consistent communication and reviews.
• Support the sales process and lead new account transitions.

Qualifications & Experience   

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including people and multi-account leadership.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Advanced financial acumen and experience with detailed financial analysis.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel for meetings and site visits.
