The Role - As the Union Residential Lead Maintenance Engineer, you’ll oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure efficient building operations.
- Perform repairs on split system heat pumps, plumbing, electrical systems, and general upkeep of the premises.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of safety and service.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to resident requests.
- Assist in training junior staff and contribute to an effective maintenance team.
You - Five or more years of engineering experience in a relevant field.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work safely at heights of up to 25 feet.
- Experience in multifamily or hospitality environments is preferred.
- A proactive and organized approach to maintenance tasks.
