About the Role


As the Facilities Management Director, you’ll:

  • Manage Plant Operations & Maintenance teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day facility operations.
  • Direct regulatory compliance with TJC, CMS, EPA, ADA, OSHA, and state health departments.
  • Lead budget development and utility cost-saving programs across the facility.
  • Guide infrastructure upgrades, renovations, and new construction projects in collaboration with engineers and architects.
  • Develop your team, support performance goals, and maintain a safe, efficient environment.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client relations, ensuring alignment with hospital objectives.
Your Experience

To succeed as Facilities Management Director, you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of director-level leadership in healthcare facility operations.
  • Expertise in mechanical, structural, and electrical hospital systems.
  • Acute care hospital facilities experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in CMMS, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and industry-standard systems.
  • Familiarity with NFPA, TJC, CMS, EPA, OSHA, and related codes and standards.
  • CHFM certification and Bachelor’s degree are highly preferred.
