The Role
As the Senior Director of Account Management, you’ll:
- Lead, develop, and inspire a large, multidisciplinary team, focusing on performance management and ongoing development.
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, and retention strategies to support continued growth.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including resource planning and performance tracking.
- Partner closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into strategic operational plans.
- Act as a senior point of contact for multiple client relationships, ensuring service delivery aligns with expectations.
You
To be successful in the role of Senior Directorof Account Management, you’ll bring:
- 12–15 years of relevant experience in a senior leadership role with a focus on account management or operations.
- Experience managing large-scale teams and complex client portfolios.
- Strong track record in team leadership, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Commercially astute with experience managing large P&Ls.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
