The Role As the Reliability Engineer you will:
- Solutions oriented with a broad impact on the business, you will support the achievement of operational and project objectives across multi-discipline teams.
- Define, build, develop, monitor, and refine an asset's maintenance plan to enhance reliability.
- Provide technical support for mechanical equipment and fixed assets throughout the site.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams in evaluating assets.
- Develop risk management plans that anticipate potential risks impacting plant operations.
YouTo be successful in the role of Reliability Engineer, you'll have the following skills and experience:
- Engineering or related technical degree with 8-10 years of relevant job experience, preferably in Facilities Maintenance.
- Certified Reliability Leader or SMRP certification is preferred.
- Experience with CMMS (preferably Maximo MAS 9) for 2-3 years.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns from large data sets.
- Competence in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
