In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running, safety, and efficiency of key building systems.
The Role
As the Building Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:
  • Performing maintenance and repairs to a wide range of systems, including mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and life safety systems.
  • Implementing and managing a preventive maintenance program to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with safety codes and operational standards.
You
To be successful in the role of Building Engineer, you’ll bring the following skills and experience:
  • A high school diploma, GED, or trade qualification with 4–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Universal CFC certification preferred; local/state licenses a plus.
  • Strong technical knowledge, particularly in building system diagnostics and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads, work at height, and operate within safety-focused environments.
