The Opportunity
As the Director of High Access, you will take full accountability for operations, team leadership, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily high-access operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability
- Manage, mentor, and develop rope access crews while driving performance standards
- Conduct site assessments and oversee job planning to ensure safe, compliant execution
- Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, preparing estimates and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Champion and enforce OSHA, SPRAT, and IRATA safety standards

What You Bring
To succeed as the Director of High Access, you’ll combine technical expertise with strong leadership capability:
- 3+ years of experience in rope access or high-rise window cleaning operations
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in field-based teams
- Current SPRAT or IRATA certification
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance
- Ability to work at heights and lead from the front when required
