The Role
 
As the Mobile HVAC Technician, you’ll:
  • Perform service, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems including heating, cooling, and ventilation.
  • Travel to customer locations in a company-provided service vehicle.
  • Complete routine and emergency maintenance work to ensure system efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with EPA, safety, and company regulations.
  • Maintain detailed service records and job documentation, communicating effectively with customers.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (1 in 2 weeks), receiving payment even for unworked on-call time.
You
 
To be successful in the role of Mobile HVAC Technician, you’ll bring:
  • Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • EPA Certification and a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to safety and compliance.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
