The Role As the Head of Project Management, you will: - Leading, developing, and mentoring a team of project professionals
- Owning the full project lifecycle — from procurement through to execution and closeout
- Driving operational performance, efficiency and delivery excellence
- Managing financial performance including P&L, cost control, and billing
- Identifying and mitigating project risks across complex programmes
- Collaborating cross-functionally to support wider business objectives
- Embedding best practice and continuous improvement across processes
You
To be successful in the role of Head of Project Management, you'll have the following skills and experience: - 5–8 years’ experience in project management within construction, FM, or related sectors
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Relevant qualifications (PMP, CCM, LEED AP) are a plus
- Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
