The Role
As the Chief Engineer, you’ll:

• Ensure compliance with regulations while overseeing building operations and maintenance.
• Lead and assign work orders, providing technical training to team members.
• Consult with clients to optimize preventive maintenance schedules, minimizing disruptions.
• Monitor and maintain essential systems to guarantee operational efficiency and safety.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, coordinating assistance as necessary.

 


You
To be successful in the role of Chief Engineer, you’ll bring:

• A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in engineering or maintenance.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Universal CFC certification and familiarity with EMS and CMMS systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring safety protocols are met.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
