Are you ready to lead a complex, multi-site facilities portfolio for a globally recognised financial services organisation? We are hiring a Senior Facilities Director based in Phoenix / Scottsdale, AZ, with oversight of locations in Utah and California, to drive operational excellence, client satisfaction, and strategic facilities management initiatives.
The Role As the Senior Facilities Director, you'll: - Lead and develop high-performing facilities teams across multiple locations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational consistency.
- Oversee daily facilities operations, staffing plans, resource allocation, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination.
- Manage capital projects, operating budgets, financial reporting, and vendor relationships across multiple sites.
- Partner closely with senior client stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Implement innovative processes and best practices to enhance operational performance and employee experience.
- Provide oversight for facilities operations based in Scottsdale/Phoenix, AZ, with responsibility for locations in Sandy, UT and San Francisco, CA.
You To be successful in the role of Senior Facilities Director, you'll bring: - Bachelor's degree preferred with 12–15 years of facilities management or operations leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading large, multi-site facilities operations within complex corporate environments.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development experience.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience managing budgets, capital projects, and vendor contracts.
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
