The Role
As the HVAC Technician, you’ll:
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
• Inspect and troubleshoot building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC/R.
• Collaborate with contractors to oversee maintenance work and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain energy management programs to optimize operational efficiency.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and perform necessary repairs, logging activities accurately.
You
To be successful in the role of HVAC Technician, you’ll bring:
• A minimum of five years of experience in HVAC and building maintenance.
• Relevant certifications in electrical or mechanical systems, along with EPA compliance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate technical issues on-site.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in HVAC maintenance.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and external parties.
