The Role - As the Facilities Management Director, you’ll oversee the management of Plant Operations and Maintenance Departments within the hospital.

- Supervise work performance and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
- Coordinate construction and development projects, liaising with contractors and engineers.
You - A bachelor's degree is preferred along with at least 5 years of director-level experience in healthcare facilities management.
- Proficiency in CMMS Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of healthcare building systems and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and implement safety codes and regulations.
