The Role
 
  • As the Facilities Management Director, you’ll oversee the management of Plant Operations and Maintenance Departments within the hospital.
  • Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of contract functions and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage departmental budgets effectively.
  • Supervise work performance and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
  • Coordinate construction and development projects, liaising with contractors and engineers.
 


You
 
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred along with at least 5 years of director-level experience in healthcare facilities management.
  • Proficiency in CMMS Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of healthcare building systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and implement safety codes and regulations.
