Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing facility in
Cumberland, Wisconsin. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing team, manage critical facilities services, and drive continuous improvement across a complex industrial site.
The Role As the
Facilities Manager, you'll:
- Lead, coach, and develop a facilities team responsible for building operations, maintenance, and workplace services.
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance with technicians, contractors, and specialist service providers.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on facility performance and improvement initiatives.
- Manage operating budgets, capital projects, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Conduct regular facility inspections, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, asset reliability, and overall building performance.
- Oversee vendor performance, procurement activities, service contracts, and invoicing processes.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the site.
You To be successful in the role of
Facilities Manager, you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years' experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related leadership role (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience leading, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of facilities operations, building maintenance, vendor management, and workplace services.
- Experience managing operating budgets, capital projects, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Valid driver's license required; Facilities Management certification is advantageous.
