Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking to lead operations at a high-profile Life Sciences facility? We're recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join a leading facilities services organization supporting a major Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical client in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
This is a fully onsite leadership role where you'll oversee day-to-day facilities operations, manage vendor performance, build strong client relationships, and ensure the safe, efficient delivery of maintenance and workplace services within a highly regulated environment.

The Role As Facilities Manager, you will: - Lead the daily delivery of facilities management services across a Life Sciences and pharmaceutical campus.
- Manage building maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, capital projects, and vendor performance to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for all facilities-related matters.
- Manage operating budgets, financial reporting, contract performance, procurement, and cost control.
- Drive operational improvements while ensuring compliance with all local, state, federal, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.
About You To be successful in this Facilities Manager role, you'll bring: - 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Facilities Operations, Workplace Services, or Property Management.
- Experience managing vendors, service providers, and multiple building services, including maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, and workplace operations.
- Strong knowledge of commercial building systems, maintenance programs, and facilities operations. Hands-on technical experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and client relationship skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
A Bachelor's degree, CFM, FMP, or similar facilities management certification would be advantageous but is not required.
