A market-leading provider of Engineering and Technical Services is seeking an HVAC Technician to join its team in Brighton, Colorado. Working across a commercial environment, you'll be responsible for maintaining complex HVAC systems, delivering preventative maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and ensuring critical building systems operate safely and efficiently.

The Role As the HVAC Technician, you'll:
  • Install, service, maintain and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across mechanical and electrical HVAC equipment.
  • Diagnose equipment faults and recommend effective repair or upgrade solutions.
  • Inspect HVAC systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Calibrate controls, gauges and pneumatic or electrical control systems.
  • Allocate tasks and support team members to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
  • Share technical knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement across the engineering team.
You To be successful in the role of HVAC Technician, you'll bring:
  • A High School Diploma, GED, Trade School qualification, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 4–5 years' experience maintaining commercial HVAC systems.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Experience carrying out preventative maintenance and equipment repairs.
  • Good organisational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative engineering team.
  • Previous supervisory or shift leadership experience is advantageous.
