We're recruiting for a Senior Account Director based in Atlanta, GA to lead a global Facilities Management account spanning the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
  
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced FM leader to take ownership of a high-profile global client relationship, leading multi-regional teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering best-in-class workplace and facilities management services. You'll combine strategic leadership with commercial accountability, ensuring consistent service delivery, strong financial performance, and long-term client success.

The Role
  
As Senior Account Director, you will:
  • Lead a global Facilities Management account, ensuring consistent service delivery across multiple international regions.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, acting as the strategic partner for a high-profile corporate client.
  • Drive operational excellence, commercial performance, and continuous improvement across the account.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire regional management teams and supply chain partners to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Oversee financial performance, risk management, governance, compliance, and contractual KPIs across the global portfolio.
You
  
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
  • Extensive leadership experience managing large-scale Facilities Management or Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) accounts.
  • Proven success leading global or multi-regional operations within a corporate or enterprise environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets, profitability, and operational performance.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.
  • A degree-level qualification together with relevant professional membership and health & safety qualifications (IOSH, NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent).
