Boden Talent is partnering with a leading facilities management provider to recruit a Director of Client Success based in Red Bank, NJ, with hybrid working considered. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced Client Success, Account Management, or Facilities Management professional to lead strategic customer relationships, drive retention and revenue growth, and influence business performance across a portfolio of national accounts.
As the senior client-facing leader within the business, you'll play a key role in shaping customer strategy, strengthening client partnerships, and supporting the continued growth of the organization.
The Role
As Director of Client Success, you will: - Lead relationships with key enterprise and strategic clients across a national portfolio.
- Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and account growth initiatives.
- Develop and lead a high-performing Client Success and Account Management team.
- Partner with Operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer outcomes.
- Lead executive-level business reviews and strategic planning discussions.
You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring: - 8+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Facilities Management, or a related leadership role.
- Proven success managing large, multi-site, or enterprise-level client accounts.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving retention and revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
