The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll:
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract award.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Deliver presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support successful client outcomes.
You

To be successful in this Business Development Manager role, you'll bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of B2B outside sales or business development experience.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • A motivated, results-driven approach to sales.
