The Role As the Maintenance Technician, you’ll:
• Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, mechanical and building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Support the installation and modification of equipment and facility systems.
• Manage and complete assigned work orders using internal maintenance systems.
• Help improve energy efficiency by ensuring all systems operate effectively.
You To be successful in the role of Maintenance Technician, you’ll bring:
• High School Diploma, GED or trade school certification with maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and meet the physical demands of the role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills within a team environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
• Good organizational skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
