A leading Facilities Management organization is seeking a high-caliber Operations Director to lead a large-scale residential community in Clovis, NM (1,000+ units). This is a critical leadership role for an Operations Director who can drive performance, elevate team capability, and deliver operational excellence in a dynamic, high-visibility environment.

The Opportunity

As Operations Director, you will have full accountability for site operations, team leadership, and overall performance. The Operations Director will play a key role in ensuring the community operates efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading all day-to-day operations across the site, ensuring consistent, high-level performance
  • Developing and mentoring a multidisciplinary team, building a strong culture of accountability and engagement
  • Driving operational performance against KPIs, including occupancy, service delivery, and customer satisfaction
  • Building and managing key stakeholder relationships, including the Military Housing Office
  • Partnering closely with maintenance leadership to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitoring operational metrics and taking a hands-on approach to performance management
  • Identifying and implementing strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and outcomes
About You

The successful Operations Director will be an experienced leader with a strong track record in property, facilities, or operations management.
You will bring:
  • Proven experience as an Operations Director or senior operations leader within residential, multifamily, or FM environments
  • Strong leadership capability with a focus on team development and performance management
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to assess operations and implement improvements
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • A results-driven, proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Compensation & Benefits

This is an outstanding opportunity for an Operations Director looking to join a well-established organization with a strong operational foundation and consistent performance.
  • Base salary of $118,000
  • Up to 10% annual performance bonus
  • Monthly incentives tied to occupancy and customer satisfaction
