The Role

As the Senior Account Director, you’ll:

• Oversee the management of a large Life Sciences client portfolio, ensuring operational excellence.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of over 600 employees to achieve key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with clients to build strategic operational plans that meet their needs.
• Manage sales and relationships with key customers while troubleshooting conflicts.
• Direct project processes, ensuring timely and successful deliveries according to client objectives.


You

To be successful in the role of Senior Account Director, you’ll bring:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 12-15 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven leadership skills that motivate teams to achieve operational targets.
• Strong organisational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A background in staffing, training, and performance management is preferred.
