We are seeking a Vice President of Project Management & Construction in Pennsylvania to lead large-scale remodel and rollout programmes, delivering strategic impact across an expanding portfolio. This is a remote opportunity, with travel required to sites across Pennsylvania.
The Role
As Vice President of Project Management & Construction, you will: - Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing Project Management team overseeing national remodel and rollout programmes
- Establish and scale best-in-class processes, frameworks, and governance for project delivery
- Provide executive oversight of planning, budgeting, scheduling, and end-to-end construction execution
- Assess and define the strategic approach to General Contractor (GC) licensing and delivery models
- Build and maintain a robust, national network of vetted contractors, trades, and service providers
- Partner closely with executive leadership to shape construction strategy, vendor partnerships, and operational scalability
- Ensure all programmes align with the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety

To succeed as Vice President of Project Management & Construction, you will bring: - Extensive senior leadership experience within construction, project management, or facilities development
- Demonstrated success delivering multi-site remodels, rollouts, or large-scale retail construction programmes
- A proven track record of building, leading, and scaling high-performing project management teams
- Experience developing and managing contractor and vendor networks across multiple regions
- A strategic, commercially driven mindset with the ability to scale operations while maintaining delivery excellence
