The Role
As the Wastewater Operator, you will: - Operate, monitor, and maintain wastewater treatment equipment to ensure efficient operation.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for effective regulatory compliance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues, optimizing treatment performance.
- Document inspections and maintenance activities while supporting audits and regulations.
- Collaborate with facility operations to communicate system status effectively.
You
To be successful as the Wastewater Operator, you'll have the following skills and experience: - Massachusetts 3M Wastewater License and 1I Industrial Wastewater License (required).
- Strong understanding of wastewater treatment principles and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and support a high-reliability environment.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
- Organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
