The Role
As the Campus Director, you will: - Serve as the senior on-site leader with full accountability for campus performance
- Lead campus operations, facilities, workplace services, and service partners
- Own campus strategy, operating plans, and major change initiatives
- Oversee capital projects, renovations, and campus upgrades
- Drive operational excellence, safety, compliance, and employee experience
- Manage budgets, performance metrics, and vendor relationships
You To be successful in this Campus Director role, you'll have the following skills and experience:
- 10+ years in campus, facilities, workplace, or real estate leadership roles
- Experience leading large, complex campuses or multi-site portfolios
- Strong operational, financial, and stakeholder leadership capability
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership
