The Role
As the Facilities Manager, you’ll lead the daily operations of various building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety. Your role will also include: - Oversee vendor and contract management, ensuring compliance with service levels and performance standards.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards while conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repairs, tracking expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Promote sustainability initiatives through energy-efficient upgrades and effective waste disposal programs.
You To be successful in the role of Facilities Manager you'll have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management with strong knowledge of building systems and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to engage effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and organized approach to managing multiple priorities and projects.
