The Role As the Maintenance Technician, you'll:

- Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
- Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
- Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.

You To be successful in the role of Maintenance Technician, you'll bring:
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
- Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
