The Role - Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
- Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
- Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to supervise completion.
- Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
You - High School Diploma or equivalent experience, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
- Must have open availability to work a rotating schedule, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Proven understanding of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and a curious nature.
