The Role
As the Maintenance Technician, you will: - Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and machinery to maintain optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders efficiently.

You
To succeed in this role, you should have: - A high school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).
- Proven experience in maintenance, facilities, or building operations.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- The ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach.
