The Role

As the HVAC Services Manager, you’ll:
  • Lead and manage the HVAC service operations to ensure profitability and outstanding service delivery, including oversight of dispatch, supervisory, and technical teams.
  • Drive operational consistency by overseeing daily activities, planned maintenance schedules, equipment start-ups, and warranty coordination.
  • Analyze workloads and allocate resources effectively to maximize technician productivity and optimize profitability.
  • Develop and implement training programs across the team, including technical skills, tool usage, safety compliance, and performance management.
  • Resolve service-related issues and customer complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
You

To be successful in the role of HVAC Services Manager, you’ll bring:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Commercial HVAC Service Manager role overseeing a sizeable team.
  • In-depth knowledge of both service and installation within the HVAC industry.
  • Proven experience with HVAC systems and controls technology.
  • Strong strategic planning and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, client relationship management, and organizational skills.
