About the Role
As the Facilities Management Director, you’ll: - Manage Plant Operations & Maintenance teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day facility operations.
- Direct regulatory compliance with TJC, CMS, EPA, ADA, OSHA, and state health departments.
- Lead budget development and utility cost-saving programs across the facility.
- Guide infrastructure upgrades, renovations, and new construction projects in collaboration with engineers and architects.
- Develop your team, support performance goals, and maintain a safe, efficient environment.
- Act as a key point of contact for client relations, ensuring alignment with hospital objectives.
Your Experience
To succeed as Facilities Management Director, you’ll bring: - Minimum 5 years of director-level leadership in healthcare facility operations.
- Expertise in mechanical, structural, and electrical hospital systems.
- Acute care hospital facilities experience is essential.
- Proficiency in CMMS, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and industry-standard systems.
- Familiarity with NFPA, TJC, CMS, EPA, OSHA, and related codes and standards.
- CHFM certification and Bachelor’s degree are highly preferred.
