The Role - As the Union Stationary Engineer, you’ll:

- Monitor meters, gauges, and computerized controls to ensure efficiency.
- Document maintenance and operational events to maintain accurate records.
- Coach colleagues and lead by example, modelling behaviours consistent with company values.
You - To be successful in the role of Union Stationary Engineer, you’ll bring:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
- Mental agility and willingness to consider new solutions.
