The Role
As the Senior Facilities Manager, you’ll:
• Lead and supervise a team, tracking training and development while conducting performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily team activities, establishing work schedules and assigning tasks.
• Oversee facility repairs and maintenance, collaborating with technicians and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on facility concerns.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.


You
To be successful in the role of Senior Facilities Manager, you’ll bring:
• A Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience, including 5 to 8 years in facilities management.
• Outstanding client relationship management and leadership skills.
• Technical MEP experience within Life Sciences or GMP Pharmaceutical facilities.
• Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Leadership capabilities in selection, training, and performance management.
